Vitalakadmie
In 2020 I finished my qualification as Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with Vitalakademie in Austria and worked with children and young athletes to develop their skills, coordination, speed, agility, including endurance tests and lactic acid tests for individuals, especially in football. Simultaneously, I obtained my certification for attending a level 3 nutrition and diet advisor course with Vitalakadmie in Austria which took me 8 months. During the course, I attained the abilities to work with individuals on weight management for losing and gaining weight and how to reach the best performance for sports athletes and regeneration.

London School of Massage
After moving to London, I started immediately a Full Body Massage Therapist Level 3 and Sports Massage Level 3, 4 & 5 course with LSM. I completed and finally entitled as a Sports Massage Therapist in the UK. 

London and Tenerife
I worked with football clubs and membersclub like RAC at Pall Mall. I mainly did mobile work and went to the homes of the customers. After 5 years, helping 2000+ clients and received 300+ 5 Star reviews, I moved to Tenerife where I start to provide my services.
